Kelsey Sholund, MD

Kelsey Sholund, MD

Dr. Sholund is a fifth generation Western Washingtonian who was born at Swedish and raised in Seattle. After a solid Seattle public schools K-12 education, she became a proud Geoduck of the The Evergreen State College. There she studied biology, chemistry, and Spanish, then decided to pursue medicine after spending a year studying indigenous medicine and environmental health in Ecuador.

During medical school, she developed a love for rural, full-spectrum primary care and working with Spanish-speaking patients. Kelsey is very excited to be in the first group of residents to complete two years of residency in Port Angeles, and hopes to work in small communities in the Pacific Northwest during her career.
