Rebecca Barrett, MS

Rebecca hails from a small country town in Upstate New York. She moved around while growing up, including different areas in Montana, as well as Kodiak Island, Alaska. She's been in Port Angeles almost 4 years now.

Rebecca started her undergraduate training at Montana State University in Bozeman, then transferred to an online program through the University of Alaska SE where she received her BA in Social Sciences. She achieved her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adam's State University, CO through their online program. Her professional career has been with NOHN. She started her practicum, continued with her internship, and was hired when she graduated in May 2020.

Rebecca enjoys working with adolescents through seniors. Much of her work focuses on individuals with anxiety.

In her off time, Rebecca enjoys being creative, especially playing with various forms of paint mediums. Her current favorite is cold wax and oil. She also enjoys being in the mountains hiking, backpacking, and taking in the scenes. She views the mountains as a great source for grounding.
