Please see below for an important message regarding phishing activity using the MyChart name and logo.
Our electronic health record (EHR) partner, Providence Community Connect (Epic), recently contacted us about phishing attempts targeting patients, using the MyChart name and logo. While scams impersonating MyChart are not new, there appears to be a recent uptick in activity.
Please remain vigilant when receiving emails, text messages, or phone calls claiming to be from MyChart. Avoid clicking on suspicious links and be sure to verify requests for personal or financial information.
