Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient at North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN). NOHN is a Community Health Center providing comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental, vision, and pharmacy services to children and adults on the North Olympic Peninsula. Our mission is to provide patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services, accessible to everyone in our community.

Please note, our ability to support urgent requests is limited due to staffing shortages and high demand. If you have a life-threatening medical condition, call 911.

What to Expect

You will be contacted in the order in which your request was received. New patient appointments are extremely limited, so you may be scheduled for your first visit several months out.

  • If you’re uninsured, please call our Community Resource Navigator at (360) 452-7891 for assistance in obtaining affordable health insurance.
  • We offer a Sliding Fee Program with discounts on services for uninsured and underinsured patients that meet federal eligibility guidelines. To discuss financial assistance options, please call Patient Accounts at (360) 452-8086.
  • We will continue to prioritize obstetrics and pediatrics patients, who can typically be seen within 2-3 weeks.
  • We will also prioritize community members who do not have a primary care provider (PCP) ahead of those who have a PCP and want a change.

Important Notice for Wellpoint Customers

Currently, we do not accept Wellpoint Apple Health (Medicaid) plans. We accept Apple Health (Medicaid) plans from Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW), UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Coordinated Care, and Molina Healthcare. For assistance in changing insurance plans, or if you’re uninsured, please visit the Washington State Health Care Authority online at www.hca.wa.gov or www.wahealthplanfinder.org.
