Community Outreach in Forks

We’re excited to be working with healthcare partners like Forks Community Hospital, Clallam County Public Health, and the Bogachiel Clinic to share free health information and services with our neighbors in Forks as part of our mission to make healthcare accessible to everyone in the community.

Last April, outreach teams from these organizations went door-to-door, bringing blood pressure screenings, hypertension education, and immunization services, as well as patient enrollment and financial assistance information, to a predominantly non-English-speaking neighborhood in Forks. Plans are underway to organize a similar effort this fall.
