Please note, we are not able to process the following types of requests via text:
- Prescription refills are done through your pharmacy. Prescription renewals are handled during your clinic visit.
- To establish care with a NOHN provider, please visit our Requests to Become a New Patient page.
Your MyChart account provides access to a wealth of information that may provide answers to your questions regarding medications, test results, visit summaries, immunizations, allergies, and other medical information. You may also find these online medical resources helpful in answering general questions.
Remember, complex medical questions and proper management of your chronic conditions are best handled during an appointment. Please call or text us to schedule an appointment with your provider to discuss these issues further.
