About Kendra Loebs, ARNP

Kendra grew up in a small farming community in rural Minnesota and moved to Washington state at the age of 18. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Puget Sound and then went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Washington. She cared for oncology, stem cell transplant, heart/lung transplant, ICU, and radiology patients as an RN at the UW Hospital in Seattle for 10 years while advancing her education. She achieved a master’s degree in Bioethics and then completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Washington, where she also pursued additional training in rural health.

Kendra enjoys practicing primary care with patients of all ages, including pediatrics. She particularly enjoys sports and travel medicine, women’s health, treating substance use and dependence, and working with LGBTQ patients. She strives to help patients optimize their physical and mental health using a variety of tools, including medication, counseling, and helping them build healthy habits that fit into their busy lives.

Outside of work Kendra enjoys writing, exploring the mountains and water, and cooking and baking. She plays the guitar, accordion, and piano, is an avid downhill skier, and is slowly working towards someday running a half-marathon.
