We’re proud to deploy our Mobile Health Clinic at local schools, events, and organizations to connect community members with NOHN’s most needed services and offer priority access at our clinics.
- We’re now offering our West End patients the option of scheduling certain appointments in Forks.
- Who and when? Our Mobile Health Clinic will bring a NOHN care team to Forks every Thursday from 8:30am-4:30pm.*
- Where? We’re located behind Taqueria San Juditas in Forks. Parking is available nearby. From Highway 101, turn onto Sportsman Club Road and take the second left.

- Vaccinations: Clallam County Public Health provides vaccinations on the 1st and 4th Thursdays in Forks. Dates are subject to change. Visit www.clallamcountywa.gov/656/immunizations for the latest information.
- We’ve partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula to bring counseling services and dental screenings to club members.
- QVSD and PASD students who have been receiving telehealth counseling services in 2026 will be given the option to continue over the summer. Students and families who have concerns about their ability to access services without the assistance of school staff/resources should contact the NOHN Outreach team at (360) 912-6770 or (360) 452-7891 x3011.
