Our mission is to provide patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services, accessible to everyone in our community. Every dollar you give helps us provide essential healthcare services to those in need as we work toward our vision of a healthy, thriving, welcoming, and collaborative community.

Directing Your Donation

You may direct your donation to a specific area of need. Please take a moment to review the descriptions for each category.

General Operations / Greatest Need: Ensure that we have the staff, equipment, and facilities needed to serve our community. Your donation will be directed where it is needed most in support of our mission.

The Rx Fund: Improve health outcomes and save lives by expanding access to essential medications for uninsured and underinsured patients and community members. High prescription costs can lead to skipping doses or forgoing lifesaving medication altogether. Your donation helps ensure that patients have access to the medicines they need, regardless of their ability to pay.

The Outreach Fund: Enable our Community Resource Navigators to assist patients with non-medical barriers to healthcare. Your donation allows Navigators to help patients access transportation to medical appointments, family and senior support services, and emergency assistance to meet basic needs like food, clothing, and housing. Additionally, your donation brings health screenings and wellness education to underserved populations.
