At NOHN, we provide comprehensive family dentistry in Port Angeles. We offer affordable treatment options for patients of all ages, beginning as young as one year old.

Affordable Options for Dental Care and Treatment

We are committed to our patients, and we will never deny services based on a patient’s ability to pay. We work with Apple Health (Medicaid) patients, as well as uninsured patients, to find affordable options for care and treatment.

Sliding Fee Discount Program: You may be eligible for discounts on the cost of your dental services — including upper level services like posterior root canals, crowns and bridges — based on criteria related to your total household income and your family size.

Payment Plans: Our Patient Accounts department will work with you to set up affordable payment plans for the costs of your dental services. Once your dental professional creates your treatment plan, contact our Patient Accounts representatives at (360) 452-7891, option 7. They can help you with a sliding fee application and/or payment plans.

Apple Health (Medicaid): If you are uninsured, you may be eligible for Apple Health (Medicaid), which covers dental care. Our Resource Navigator can answer any questions you may have, or even help you apply for coverage. Call (360) 452-7891 extension 2894 for further assistance.

Upper-Level Services

In addition to preventive and restorative dentistry, we offer several upper-level services such as root canals, crowns and bridges. Should your dentist suggest one of our upper-level services, our patient accounts department will work with you to review cost estimates and financial options. You may be eligible for sliding fee discounts. To see if you qualify, please click here.

Service Fee: A nominal fee (typically $150 per tooth for sliding fee discount patients) will apply to all upper-level services.  This amount is due at the time of scheduling.

Lab Costs: Some upper-level services may incur lab costs for the production of materials. Lab costs are due prior to performing services. Sliding fee discounts do not apply to lab costs.

Scheduling a Dental Appointment

We hope you’ll take advantage of the opportunity to work with our dentists and hygienists to embark on a plan of oral health for yourself and your whole family.

Please call (360) 912-6759 to schedule an appointment or for more information. Due to the unusually high volume of new patient requests, there may be a delay in processing your request. We appreciate your patience.

For new parents, we suggest scheduling an initial appointment around your child’s first birthday. This is generally when teeth begin to appear. As soon as your baby has teeth, he or she can get cavities.

We accept “walk ins” Monday through Friday at 7:45am.* You do not have to be an established patient.
