17 Mar Dental Screenings at Boys and Girls Clubs on 4/3
NOHN Family Dentistry is expanding oral health access in our community by providing dental screenings on the NOHN Mobile Health Clinic.
Our Mobile Health Clinic will be at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula on Friday, April 3, offering dental screenings for club members. We’ll be at the Carroll C. Kendall Unit in Sequim from 9:00-11:30am and at the Turner Unit in Port Angeles from 12:30-3:00pm.
- Screenings* are open to all Boys & Girls Club members and include:
- Dental exam, oral health instruction, fluoride (optional), and a free dental kit
- An oral health assessment with recommendations for treatment if needed
- We accept most insurances, including Apple Health (Medicaid) and Delta Dental. We offer a sliding-fee scale for uninsured patients. If you do not qualify for a sliding-fee discount, or choose to not apply, you will be billed for services.
- To register, a parent/guardian must sign the screening consent form and return it to a B&GC staff member or email it to MHC@nohn-pa.org.
- Questions? Email MHC@nohn-pa.org or call (360) 452-7891 x3011.
* It is not treatment, just an exam to see if further treatment is needed. If further treatment is recommended, NOHN can help you make an appointment at our dental clinic in Port Angeles.
