Cara grew up in the Palm Springs area of Washington. She completed her undergraduate studies at Shoreline Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Later, she pursued professional training at the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT) and The Breathe Institute, specializing in myofunctional therapy.
Prior to joining NOHN, Cara worked as a dental hygienist in private practice, where she gained extensive experience in providing dental care. Cara believes in providing holistic and compassionate care to all her patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, paddling, and gardening, and loves exploring the local trails and beaches.
Cara is committed to providing care tailored to each of her patients, striving to create a welcoming and supportive environment for each individual. Her goal is to help each patient gain confidence in their smile and reach their goals together.
