Molina Healthcare is rewarding its Apple Health (Medicaid) members with a $100 gift card to CVS or Walmart for receiving their flu shot by February 29, 2024. This limited time offer is only for Molina Apple Health (Medicaid) members 6 months and older.
To earn the reward, you must have Molina Healthcare of Washington as your primary insurance at the time of receiving your flu vaccine. After you or your child get your flu shot, simply notify Molina by email at MHW_QI_Interventions@MolinaHealthcare.com or phone at (866) 325-5173.
