About Barbara Maxwell, ARNP

Barbara Maxwell is a Washington native who was raised in Centralia. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Seattle University and worked for more than 10 years in critical care and emergency room nursing before going on to obtain a master’s degree in Nursing at Gonzaga University. In 1997 she began working as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in primary care with Family Medicine of Port Angeles, and continues that work with NOHN. She enjoys the outdoors, backcountry hiking, mountain climbing, cycling, running and traveling.
