Substance Use in Pregnancy & Parenting Recovery Team
The SUPPORT Clinic is an integrated prenatal (OB) and addiction care clinic. If you are pregnant and haven’t been able to obtain prenatal care or are interested in discussing addiction treatment during pregnancy, come to the clinic between 8:30am and 4:00pm any Thursday.* Tell staff you’re here for the SUPPORT clinic and you will be seen. We provide:
- Walk-in or scheduled visits
- Comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care all in one place
- Addiction evaluation and medication treatment by same doctor providing OB care
- Non-judgmental, patient-centered, comprehensive, compassionate care
- Trauma-responsive, culturally sensitive and evidence-based services
- Care coordination and access to services for new families through NOHN’s family health center
- Primary care for all ages
- Behavioral health
- Psychiatry
- Patient navigation and community health workers
- Dental care
- Eyecare services
NOHN primary care patients who receive prenatal care elsewhere are welcome at the SUPPORT Clinic for pregnancy-specific addiction evaluation and treatment.
