UHC Medicare Advantage Update

UnitedHealthcare Contract Ending for MA and D-SNP Plans

Effective April 1, 2026, NOHN will no longer be contracted with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) for Medicare Advantage (MA) or Dual-Eligible (D-SNP/UCard) medical plans. This means NOHN will be considered an “out-of-network” provider as of April 1, 2026.

UHC MA and D-SNP customers: You can keep your NOHN provider! Please call Patient Accounts at (360) 452-8086 or Outreach & Navigation at (360) 452-7891, ext. 2894 or ext. 2912. You can change your coverage, but you must act by March 31 for Medicare Advantage plans.

If you choose to retain your UHC MA or D-SNP coverage, you may be obligated to pay out-of-pocket for services at NOHN, and UHC may have specific referral limitations.
