19 May Managing Wellness During and After Pregnancy
Join our OB and Behavioral Health specialists for a discussion and Q&A on “Managing Wellness During and After Pregnancy” at 9:30am on Saturday, May 30 at Vern Burton as part of the Community Connection Baby Shower, an annual FREE event celebrating expecting and new families hosted by the Clallam-Jefferson Perinatal Mental Health Task Force and First Step Family Support Center.

Participants can enjoy a free continental breakfast and enter to win a deluxe wagon stroller. Space is limited, so arrive early. Afterwards, stay for the Community Resource Fair, with free food, free baby supplies, wellness activities, free car seat checks, games, and prizes! Join OB specialists from North Olympic Healthcare Network for breakfast, discussion and Q&A around physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the pregnancy journey. Participants can enter to win a deluxe wagon stroller!
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. >> Child Passenger Safety & Car Seat Event
Pregnant and expecting families can join First Step’s Child Passenger Safety program for a car seat safety class and discussion. Participants take home a FREE car seat at the end of the hour! Space is limited. To register, please call or text (360) 477-8250.
