NOHN Earns HRSA Quality Recognition Awards

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) recently recognized NOHN for its clinical quality performance and health information technology achievements. HRSA’s Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) program awarded NOHN badges for “Health Center Quality Leader, Bronze” and “Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality” based on 2025 data.

“Everyone at NOHN contributes daily to our mission of expanding access to quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services,” said CEO Terri Sabella, PhD, JD, RN-BSN, CPHQ. “These awards are evidence that those contributions not only benefit our patients but also compare favorably to other health centers in the country.”

– Health Center Quality Leader – A Bronze badge in the Health Center Quality Leader category places NOHN in the top 21-30% of health centers in the U.S. on clinical quality measures. This recognition is based on quality data across all NOHN locations.
– Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality – The HIT for Quality badge recognizes health centers that offer telehealth services, exchange clinical information online with key providers, engage patients through health information technology, and collect data on patient health-related needs.

HRSA’s CHQR badges are awarded annually using data submitted through the Uniform Data System (UDS). Earning awards in both categories indicates that NOHN delivers strong clinical outcomes and uses technology effectively to support care.
