About Kate Ballou, ARNP
Lauren (Kate) Ballou was born and raised in Central Nebraska. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
She worked as a RN for six years in Medical Psychiatry and Internal Medicine in Rochester, MN. Kate went on to pursue her Master’s Degree at Concordia University in Wisconsin where she obtained her certification in Family Medicine and moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Isaac.
Kate enjoys implementing lifestyle changes and other integrative medicine to enhance healing. She takes advantage of her time away from work by hiking, playing soccer, camping, biking, and spending time entertaining her dog.
