We're looking to add more Medical Assistants to our growing team of healthcare professionals. We’re interested in applicants who are already certified or registered, as well as CNAs and other healthcare support staff interested in beginning their career as a Medical Assistant. Based on your licensure and experience we offer the following:

  • MA-Cs with one year or more of applicable experience start at $20/hour, plus signing and retention bonuses.
  • MA-Rs with previous primary or specialty care experience start at $19/hour, plus signing and retention bonuses.
  • Unlicensed applicants start at $17/hour, plus signing and retention bonuses. Once you are registered as an MA-R you will make $18/hour.
  • All employees are eligible for annual, performance-based merit increases.

NOHN offers a great place to work, competitive pay, and generous signing and retention bonuses totaling $3,500 for Medical Assistants. All full-time MAs, regardless of licensure or experience, are eligible for the following benefits:

  • $3,500 in signing and retention bonuses over your first 12 months
  • 4% contribution to your 401(k) regardless of your personal contribution
  • 8 paid holidays per year
  • 144 hours of PTO per year
  • Employee health, dental, and vision premiums covered 100% by NOHN
