Welcome to NOHN

Welcome to North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN). Thank you for entrusting us with your health and the health of your family. We offer full-spectrum primary care, which means we focus on the whole person and the whole family, from newborns to seniors.

NOHN has achieved National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition for meeting the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards of care. What does that mean for you as a patient? It means that our provider-led care teams deliver comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, evidence-based care and self-management support.

Our mission is to provide patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services, accessible to everyone in our community.

  • Family-centered obstetrics (OB) providers who care for you and your baby – before, during, and after pregnancy
  • Compassionate, insightful behavioral health providers who collaborate with your primary care provider to help maintain a healthy body and mind
  • Gentle dentists who help keep your teeth and gums strong and healthy
  • Experienced optometrists offering eyecare services, from routine exams to acute care

  • Clinical nurse specialists who help Medicare beneficiaries develop personalized prevention plans during Annual Wellness Visits

Your health and vitality are our priorities.

But if health urgencies occur, we’re here for you. There are many ways to access immediate care in your new medical home:

Important Information for New Patients

Transportation Assistance and Interpretive Services: We offer transportation assistance if you need help getting to your medical appointments. We can also arrange interpretive services if English is not your primary language or if you have hearing impairments. Please contact a Community Resource Navigator for transportation assistance or to request interpretive services: (360) 452-7891, extension 2894.

Sliding Fee Program: We want to remove all barriers to your medical care, including financial barriers. We will provide you care regardless of your ability to pay. Patients that meet federal eligibility guidelines based on household income and family size may qualify for sliding fee discounts on our services through our Sliding Fee Program.

MyChart: We understand our patients have busy lives, and there are times when you need an easy way to connect with your provider’s office. As a patient at North Olympic Healthcare Network, and other Providence Community Connect Partners, you now have the convenience of MyChart. MyChart is the online program (and app) that gives you access to your electronic medical record.

Visit Types: When you come in for an appointment at NOHN, it will be one of three general visit types: preventive care evaluation visit, diagnostic/urgent visit, or maintenance/follow-up visit. Each of these types of visits is likely to effect how your visit is billed and paid.

Prescriptions/Refills: Medications are prescribed or renewed during scheduled visits. Please schedule a medication review visit before you’re out of refills.

Masking: Respiratory viruses remain a threat to public health. Please consider masking in our clinics for the safety of patients and staff. We strongly encourage masking for high-risk patients or patients with respiratory symptoms.
