2020 Patient Experience Survey Results

Providing an excellent patient experience to all of our patients is very important. At North Olympic Healthcare Network, we think it is essential to hear from our patients about how we are doing.

Randomly selected North Olympic Healthcare Network patients receive emails from The Crossroads Group — our survey vendor — asking them to participate in a survey about recent visits to the clinic. We encourage our patients to take the opportunity to participate so that we can learn what we are doing well and where we can improve.

Here are some of the highlighted scores from our most recent survey:

  • 93.4% of our patients said their overall satisfaction with their last experience at our clinics was excellent or very good
  • 94.1% of our patients said the overall quality of care during their last experience at our clinics was excellent or very good
  • 92.7% of our patients rated their experience with the phone staff as excellent or very good
  • 93.8% of our patients rated their experience with the reception staff as excellent or very good
  • 95.2% of our patients rated their experience with the medical assistant (MA) or nurse as excellent or very good
  • 95.7% of our patients said they had an excellent or very good experience with their provider listening to them
  • 93.3% of our patients said they had an excellent or very good experience with their provider spending time with them during their visit
  • 95.9% of our patients said they had an excellent or very good experience with their provider explaining things to them in a way they could understand

Patients are welcome to provide feedback in other ways as well:

  • Review us on Google. Patients who have opted in to text messaging may receive a review request as a follow up to their appointments.
  • Complete a comment card at any one of our locations.
