Referrals

Insurance companies usually require that you first be evaluated by your primary practitioner for any problem which is referred to a specialist. As a part of your treatment plan, your primary practitioner may request consultation with a specialist.

Your insurance company may require pre-authorization, and some plans will not pay for your visit with the specialist if you have not received prior authorization. Please consult your insurance plan regulations for details.

Our referral staff will work to obtain pre-authorization from your insurance company.
